FAQs

Q. WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL PROCESS FOR WORKING WITH A NEW CUSTOMER?

A. We like to have an initial phone conversation with our potential customers, assess their needs & then come out for a vist/field measure.

Q. WHAT EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING DO YOU HAVE THAT RELATES TO YOUR WORK?

A. Over 15 years of experience in the Glass and mirror industry.

Q. HOW DID YOU GET STARTED DOING THIS TYPE OF WORK?

A. I got started working with a uncle who was in the glass business. I found a passion in working with people and the glass just followed.

Q. WHAT TYPES OF CUSTOMERS HAVE YOU WORKED WITH?

A. I work with all types of customers, from low income family’s to high end custom homes. No one is more important then the other. I treat everyone with the same respect.

Q. DESCRIBE A RECENT PROJECT YOU ARE FOND OF. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE?

A. I have several projects that come to mind. My biggest one was a huge Mirror job we did at a 10,000 sqft. gym in Thornton. It took about 2 weeks.

Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A CUSTOMER LOOKING TO HIRE A PROVIDER IN YOUR AREA OF WORK?

A. My advice would be to look at the reviews of the potential contractor. If he called you back and meets his appointment time, he will most likely meet his install time. Appearance is important too. You want someone who cares about the way they look even if they are working.

Q. WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD CUSTOMERS THINK THROUGH BEFORE TALKING TO PROFESSIONALS ABOUT THEIR PROJECT?

A. 1) Can I do it myself?
2) Is it a need or a want?
3) Can I afford it without taking food off the table, so to speak.
